Mike Adams
I am Mike Adams, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, with over a decade of experience in the field. I have worked in London for the last 6 years and have trained and conditioned a plethora of clients from Belgian International Swimmer Felix Carritt Kurtzahn and even trained Craig Rowe, who presents on the popular T.V programme ‘A Place In The Sun’.
Athletic Background and History
From 7 years old I was trained by Olympic Gold medallist gymnast Marius Urzica’s brother and by 11 years old was a British Gold medallist. I later went on to become a sprinter whilst studying at Loughborough University and I have a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve peak physical performance. In 2014 I also won Miami Pro’s fitness model competition so I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of aesthetics and bodybuilding.
